2-Year Missionary Merchandise Warranty

 

Liahona Missionary Depot is proud to introduce the 2-Year Missionary Merchandise Warranty. We have surveyed hundreds of missionaries and mission presidents and the consensus is in…missionaries want products specifically designed for them. We offer many Liahona products that are specifically designed for missionaries. Some of our products do come from other suppliers which we have tested and used for years, so we know they are good. We are always striving to provide the best quality products for missionaries, but in the rare case that you do come across a bump you will be covered.

 

Here’s how it works:

 

  1. If your product has a manufacturer defect, mail your defective item(s) to:

  1. Include with your defective item(s) the following:
    1. A detailed explanation of the problem and how it became defective.
    2. Contact information including name and telephone number.
    3. If you are unable to ship the defective item back, send us pictures of the item so that the condition of the item may be evaluated.
  2. Note for Stateside Continental US Missionaries:
    1. After we have received the defective item, arrangements for shipping must be made and we will ship the item directly to your apartment or mission home. Please include the address where you would like the item sent to.
  3. Note for International Missionaries:
    1. After we have received the defective item, arrangements for shipping must be made for the item to be shipped to your family in the Continental United States and they will be responsible to get it to you. Please include the address where you would like the item sent to.
    2. If you are unable to mail the item back while you are on your mission, we would appreciate it if you could mail us the defective item after your mission, so we can continue to provide the best products for missionaries.

 

Please be aware of the following notes:

  1. Items that are ceremoniously burned, altered, or otherwise made defective by the missionary will not be covered.
  2. We must receive the defective item(s) while the missionary is currently serving.
  3. You may not send us your missionary items back right before you are coming home because you are now done with your mission. If such an event occurs it will be up to you to make arrangements for retrieval of the item(s)
  4. Bicycles not assembled by a professional bike mechanic or bicycle shop will not be covered. Upon receiving the warranty item, the missionary is responsible for any and all charges that are required for installation of the item. For more information please see the Liahona Bicycle Warranty.
  5. All returns must be done within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  6. Liahona Missionary Depot reserves the right to refuse services.
  7. If a bicycle has already been shipped to the mission, and a refund is desired, the missionary and or their family are responsible for the shipping to and from the mission as well as a restocking fee and any other damage that may have resulted due to insufficient packing, which will be deducted from the amount that is refunded.
  8. Liahona Missionary Depot reserves the right to not warranty an item that was made defective while the missionary was not obeying mission rules. Any other actions and/or activities reasonably deemed inappropriate and against the normal wear and tear of an item by Liahona Missionary Depot management will not be covered.
