Bicycle Warranty

LIAHONA BICYCLE WARRANTY

ALL LIAHONA BICYCLES and Bicycle frames are warranted to be fee from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for two years. Warranty includes coverage on bicycle components for two years from original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is not transferable.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue. It is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his or her bicycle each and every ride.
  • Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual, an accident or other abnormal excessive, or improper use, including but not limited to: stunt riding, ramp jumping acrobatics, scuba diving or other similar activities, or in any other manner for which the bicycle was not designed.
  • The following items are not covered in this warranty: Tires, tubes, cables, cable housing, brake pads, derailleur hanger, saddle, handle grips and spokes.
  • All warranty items must be shipped to Liahona Missionary Depot. The owner is responsible for all costs incurred in regards to: labor, shipping, repair, replacement of frame and or components.
  1. Two year manufacture warranty covers first ownership only.
  2. Bike warranty could be void if your bike is not inspected and tuned by a professional bicycle mechanic before riding.
  3. Manufacture defects on faulty components will be replaced when LIAHONA MISSIONARY DEPOT is notified of the faulty component within 30 days of product failure, and the fault is caused by the component manufacturer.
  4. Replacement components will be shipped to the mission office in three to five business days.  LIAHONA MISSIONARY DEPOT requests that the defected or broken components be shipped back to us if possible.
  5. Every Liahona Mission Mountain Bike frame comes with a lifetime warranty which covers manufacture defects.  This does not include abuse.

The following is not covered with the Liahona Bike warranty:

  1. Regular wear and tear
  2. Crashes, accidents, abuse or a non-maintained bike or bike components.
  3. Second ownership
  4. Tires, tubes, cables, cable housing, brake pads, derailleur hanger, saddle, handle grips and spokes.
